Shipping

We ship using UPS ground. All orders over $100 ship free to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Typical shipping cost is $10-$20.

For destinations in Alaska and Hawaii, the cost of shipping is calculated from the total shipping weight of your order. As a guide, expect to pay around $19 to $42 to ship one weather station.

To see the actual shipping cost of your order, add the items you want to the shopping cart, click the checkout button and enter your shipping information. After you click the "next" button, the total price, including shipping, will be calculated for you. You are not comitted to purchase at this point and may cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the price.

Payment Options

Our secure shopping cart accepts payments using VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.

If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will automatically be directed to PayPal's secure payment processing page. PayPal's secure website will collect your acount or credit card information to authorize a payment to our account. Return to our website after PayPal processes your payment to collect your receipt and order tracking number.

Please note: the name appearing on your credit card or PayPal statement will be "WeatherHut.com"

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be made no later than one business day prior to shipment. To cancel an order, please e-mail us at or use our web-form. You must include the order number you received when placing your order. Please use "Cancel Order" in your subject line to aid us fulfilling your request. You will receive a refund for any cancelled order less a 10% handling charge. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your order, but we would be greatful if you would alert us to any problems you encountered at the Weather Hut.

Returns

La Crosse Technology Limited offers a 1 year limited warranty on all products. Any product found to be defective can be returned to La Crosse Technology for replacement or repair. You can contact La Crosse Technology customer support using one of the options below, or you can contact us at or use our web-form.

Davis Instruments provides a one year warranty on material and workmanship from the date of original purchase. Any product found to be defective can be returned to Davis Instruments for replacement or repair.

This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation or use, lightning, negligence, accident, or unauthorized service, or to incidental or consequential damages beyond the Davis products themselves. Implied warranties are limited in duration to the life of this limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may no apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
